- Conduct thorough patient billing inquiries and payment plan arrangements
- Utilize Epic EHR and NextGen billing platforms for claim processing
- Perform AR analysis and aging reports to maintain <30-day outstanding balances
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain strict patient data confidentiality
- Collaborate with clinical teams to resolve coding discrepancies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience with 90%+ clean claim submission
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC credentials required
