Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws with precision and minimal patient discomfort
- Process and handle specimens according to CLIA and HIPAA protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
- Provide exceptional patient care and education during procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure seamless patient flow

Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP, AMT, or NCCT)
- Minimum 2 years clinical phlebotomy experience
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Exceptional venipuncture skills with low complication rate
