Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and preventive care.
- Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and infection control guidelines.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Florida or willingness to obtain.
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care nursing experience in the specified specialty.
- BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, or other specialty certifications as needed.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and facilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
