Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs
- Monitor vital signs and document health observations
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Transport clients to appointments and errands
- Maintain clean and safe home environments
- Communicate client status changes to clinical team
Qualifications
- Current Kentucky HHA certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year home health experience
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper technique
- Excellent communication and observation skills
- Pass comprehensive background check
- Compassionate demeanor with elderly/chronically ill clients
