Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain safe living environments
- Document client progress and report changes in condition to care coordinator
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance client well-being
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience required
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with clients
- Reliable transportation to client homes throughout Tucson
- Flexibility to accommodate client schedules and care needs
