Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor vital signs and document client observations
- Provide light housekeeping and errand services
- Administer medication reminders under supervision
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Maintain accurate care records and report changes to supervisor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pennsylvania Home Health Aide certification mandatory
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable vehicle
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Thorough background check required
