Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized in-home care to seniors and individuals with disabilities in Raleigh metro area
- Coordinate care plans remotely via our digital platform while providing hands-on support
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, meal prep, and medication management
- Monitor client health status and document observations in our telehealth system
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers through virtual check-ins
- Maintain accurate care records using our HIPAA-compliant remote portal
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid NC driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Raleigh area
- Proficiency with telehealth technology and digital care platforms
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication skills for both virtual and in-person interactions
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
