Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to clinical team
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain client environments
- Assist with mobility support and transfer assistance
- Administer medication reminders and document care activities
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current Arizona HHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills
- Clear criminal background check and TB test
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification a plus
