Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if required.
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, vacuuming, and dishwashing to maintain a safe living environment.
- Monitor vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, respiration) and report any significant changes to the nursing supervisor.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of isolation.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, therapy sessions, or social outings.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Arizona Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
- Valid State Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, drug screening, and TB test.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical stamina to lift, transfer, and assist patients with mobility (up to 50 lbs).
