Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services (bathing, dressing, grooming) using client-provided equipment
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation with specialized mobility aids
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments under supervision
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary restrictions
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain safe living environments
- Transport clients to medical appointments using company vehicles
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current Texas HHA certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year home care or healthcare experience
- Ability to operate medical equipment (lifts, walkers, etc.)
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong interpersonal skills and compassion for elderly/disabled
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
