Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care using company-provided medical equipment (wheelchairs, walkers, nebulizers, etc.)
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Monitor vital signs and document client progress
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Prepare nutritious meals and maintain clean living environments
- Transport clients to medical appointments using company vehicles
- Communicate effectively with care teams and family members
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Tennessee HHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper equipment
- Proficiency with basic medical devices (training provided)
- Background check and drug screening clearance
