Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) with provided equipment
- Assist with mobility transfers using agency-provided mobility devices
- Monitor vital signs and document health observations using digital tools
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping and errands as assigned
- Transport clients to appointments using agency vehicle
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year home health aide or caregiver experience
- Valid Texas HHA certification or willingness to obtain
- CPR/First Aid certification (training provided if needed)
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs with provided assistive equipment
- Clear criminal background check and TB test
- Spanish bilingual preferred
