Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and exercises as prescribed by physical therapists.
- Monitor and report changes in client condition, behavior, and medication adherence.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to ensure the client's mental well-being.
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities when needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current CNA or HHA certification preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for healthcare.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
