Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist clients with medication reminders and daily living activities.
- Monitor patient health status and report any changes to the nursing team immediately.
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation according to care plans.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients to improve their quality of life.
- Document daily activities and observations in patient records accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Valid North Carolina driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- CNA or Home Health Aide certification preferred (willing to train qualified candidates).
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient demeanor.
- Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
