Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor vital signs and document client observations accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and light housekeeping duties
- Administer prescribed medications under proper supervision
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client health information
Qualifications
- Nebraska state HHA certification or CNA license required
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform lifting and transfers
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
