Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Prepare nutritious meals and monitor dietary needs
- Administer prescribed medications and vital sign monitoring
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Document patient observations and care provided in electronic health records
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands
- Maintain a clean, safe home environment for patients
Qualifications
- Current Arizona Home Health Aide certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
