Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain clean client environments
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in client condition to supervisors
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Administer prescribed medications under qualified guidance
- Document care activities accurately and maintain client confidentiality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and TB screening
- Compassionate demeanor with genuine desire to help others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and transfers
