Responsibilities
- Personal Care Assistance: Help clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene routines.
- Medication Management: Prompt clients to take their medications at the scheduled times.
- Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary restrictions.
- Companionship: Provide emotional support and engage in conversation to reduce isolation.
- Household Support: Perform light cleaning, laundry, and errands as requested.
- Transportation: Accompany clients to medical appointments or social activities.
- Health Monitoring: Observe and report any changes in a client's physical or mental condition.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Training: Completion of a Home Health Aide training program or CNA certification preferred.
- Licensure: Valid Arizona Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift, bend, and assist patients weighing up to 50 lbs.
