Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team and provide high-quality home care services to seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Administer medication as directed by the supervising nurse.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current Texas State Home Health Aide Certification (HHA).
- Valid Texas Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
