Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming with dignity and respect.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and walking using proper techniques to ensure client safety.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry as needed.
- Administer medication reminders and accurately track client health logs.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's overall quality of life.
- Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals regarding client status.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Georgia.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to lift and maneuver patients up to 50 lbs safely.
