Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor vital signs and document client observations accurately
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Maintain clean and safe home environments
- Collaborate with healthcare teams for coordinated care
Qualifications
- Current Minnesota Home Health Aide certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Minimum 6 months professional caregiving experience
- Valid Minnesota driver's license with clean record
- Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 72 hours
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper technique
- Clear background check and TB test results
- Fluent in English (bilingual candidates strongly encouraged)
