Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and monitor dietary needs
- Administer prescribed medications and track vital signs
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Light housekeeping tasks and errand assistance
- Document care activities and report changes in patient condition
- Transport clients to medical appointments as needed
Qualifications
- Current California HHA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Pass background check and TB screening
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
