Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Monitor vital signs and document health changes
- Assist with mobility and light housekeeping
- Administer prescribed medications accurately
- Transport clients to appointments as needed
- Maintain detailed care records
- Provide emotional support and companionship
Qualifications
- Illinois Home Health Aide certification required
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Valid Illinois driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Background check and drug screen clearance
- Fluent in English (Spanish a plus)
