Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prepare nutritious meals & assist with feeding
- Administer medication reminders & health monitoring
- Transport clients to appointments & errands
- Engage in companionship activities (reading, games, walks)
- Light housekeeping & laundry services
- Maintain accurate care documentation
- Respond promptly to emergency situations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year caregiver or CNA experience required
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Texas driver's license & reliable vehicle
- Clear background check & TB test
- Ability to lift 50 lbs & stand for extended periods
- Strong communication & empathy skills
- Spanish bilingual preferred (not required)
- Flexibility to work weekends & holidays
