Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs per care plan instructions
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Companionship services including conversation, games, and light housekeeping
- Maintain accurate care documentation and communicate with family/case managers
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and implement safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or equivalent training
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Valid Missouri driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and TB screening
