Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and client transportation
- Monitor vital signs and document care progress
- Engage clients in meaningful social and recreational activities
- Communicate effectively with families and care team
- Adhere to care plans and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and TB screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and cultural sensitivity
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
