Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including oral surgeries and restorations
- Perform chairside duties including instrument transfer and suction management
- Manage sterilization protocols and inventory of dental supplies
- Take and develop dental radiographs with precision and safety
- Delieve patient education on oral hygiene and treatment plans
- Oversee infection control procedures following OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Current Texas Dental Assistant certification or DANB eligibility
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- CPR certification and X-ray proficiency
- Strong knowledge of dental software (Epic, Dentrix, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
