Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in diverse medical settings including ER, ICU, and Med-Surg units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precise documentation
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital protocols at all times
- Participate in shift handovers and maintain accurate medical records
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- BSN degree preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- Travel nursing experience highly valued
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
