Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings including hospitals and specialty clinics
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR systems
- Adhere to all JCAHO, OSHA, and facility-specific protocols and regulations
- Provide education to patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment plans
- Participate in rapid response codes and emergency situations as needed
- Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all patient interactions
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing with the Arizona State Board of Nursing
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience in relevant specialty
- BLS, ACLS, and any specialty-specific certifications (e.g., TNCC, PALS)
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and patient populations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to function independently
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
