Responsibilities
- Assist general dentists and specialists in complex procedures including implant placements, orthodontics, and cosmetic dentistry
- Manage digital radiography and CAD/CAM systems with precision
- Lead sterilization protocols and infection control procedures exceeding OSHA standards
- Train and mentor junior assistants on advanced clinical techniques
- Implement patient comfort strategies during high-stakes procedures
- Coordinate seamless multi-specialty treatment plans
- Maintain immaculate digital patient records and documentation
Qualifications
- Current Florida Dental Assistant License and radiography certification
- Minimum 5 years experience in specialty/general dentistry
- Certification in nitrous oxide monitoring and CPR
