Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex restorative and cosmetic procedures
- Manage digital radiography and intraoral imaging systems
- Oversee sterilization protocols and OSHA compliance
- Train and mentor new dental assistants
- Coordinate patient flow and appointment efficiency
- Maintain accurate digital treatment records
- Assist in emergency dental protocols
Qualifications
- CDA certification or DANB required
- 3+ years clinical dental assisting experience
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft/Dentrix practice management
- CPR/BLS certification
- Knowledge of HIPAA and dental regulations
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Experience with digital impressions (iTero) preferred
