Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex dental procedures including implants and restorations
- Manage patient flow and digital charting using Dentrix/Eaglesoft systems
- Execute infection control protocols exceeding OSHA standards
- Train and mentor junior dental assistants on clinical best practices
- Assist with radiography, including CBCT and panoramic imaging
- Coordinate lab cases and manage inventory of dental supplies
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for specialized procedures
Qualifications
- CDA/RDA certification required with 3+ years clinical experience
- Advanced certification in nitrous oxide monitoring and radiography
- Proficiency in digital radiography and practice management software
- CPR/BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross
- Proven track record in pediatric and geriatric patient care
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced clinical environments
- Strong attention to detail and infection control expertise
