Responsibilities
- Supervise daily pharmacy operations and mentor junior technicians
- Verify prescription accuracy and compound specialized medications
- Manage inventory control and ordering systems
- Process insurance claims and patient billing

Qualifications
- Active California Pharmacy Technician license required
- 3+ years retail or hospital pharmacy experience
- CPhT certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of medication interactions and compounding
- Experience with pharmacy management software (e.g., QS1, Omnicell)
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
