Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers with clinical procedures
- Perform vital signs, EKGs, and point-of-care lab testing
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) with precision and confidentiality
- Administer medications and immunizations under provider supervision
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care logistics
- Maintain clean, organized exam rooms and sterile instruments
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and preventive care
Qualifications
- Current MA certification (CMA, RMA, or NCMA) required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in ambulatory setting
- BLS certification from American Heart Association
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic or NextGen preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Washington State MA license in good standing
- Experience with vaccine administration protocols
