Responsibilities
- Perform accurate patient intake, medical history reviews, and vital signs monitoring.
- Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and minor office surgeries.
- Prepare patients for lab work and perform basic phlebotomy duties.
- Manage and update Electronic Health Records (EHR) with precision and confidentiality.
- Coordinate patient follow-ups and handle appointment scheduling efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (ACLS preferred).
- Strong computer proficiency in EHR systems (Epic, Athenahealth, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and high-volume environment.
