Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient intake and preliminary assessments via telehealth platform
- Prepare and maintain electronic health records (EHR) remotely
- Assist providers with in-clinical procedures during weekend shifts
- Administer medications and injections under provider supervision
- Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-ups across hybrid workflows
- Perform basic lab tests and point-of-care diagnostics
- Ensure HIPAA compliance in all digital and physical interactions
Qualifications
- Active MA certification (CMA, RMA, or NCMA)
- 1+ years clinical experience in ambulatory care
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic/EMR preferred)
- Valid Texas BLS certification
- Proven ability to work independently in remote settings
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays/Sundays (7am-7pm shifts)
- Reliable transportation for in-clinical rotations
