Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for examinations by assisting with history taking and vitals.
- Perform basic laboratory tests and draw blood samples (Phlebotomy experience preferred).
- Assist providers during exams and procedures with accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) and maintain accurate patient charts.
- Instruct patients on medication usage, diet, and follow-up care.
- Ensure the exam rooms are stocked, sanitized, and organized.
Qualifications
- Certification as a CMA, RMA, or MA (National certification required).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records software.
