- Process and submit insurance claims with 95%+ accuracy
- Verify patient eligibility and benefits pre-service
- Manage denial resolution and appeals processes
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and billing regulations
- Generate monthly revenue cycle reports
- Collaborate with coding and clinical teams
- Train on new billing technologies as implemented
Qualifications
- 2+ years of medical billing experience
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) preferred
- Proficiency in Epic or Cerner billing systems
- Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
