Responsibilities
- Process medical claims accurately using ICD-10 and CPT codes
- Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility
- Communicate effectively with patients and insurance providers
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records
- Resolve billing discrepancies and denials
- Utilize billing software (Epic/NextGen experience preferred)
- Submit claims electronically and track reimbursement
Qualifications
