Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Greeting patients warmly and professionally as they arrive for appointments.
- Scheduling patient appointments using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Verifying patient insurance information and processing payments accurately.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as faxing, filing, and data entry.
What We Are Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required; additional certification or experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in a medical front office, reception, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and basic insurance processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computerized scheduling systems.
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
