Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care in acute and critical settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal care plans
- Respond to emergency situations with rapid assessment and intervention
- Mentor junior nursing staff and ensure compliance with protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Massachusetts
- BSN or Associate's degree in Nursing
- 2+ years of clinical experience (night shift preferred)
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with Epic EMR system
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
