Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Active NM RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN preferred; ADN with 2+ years experience accepted
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication abilities during handoffs
- Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling requests
