Responsibilities
- Perform venipunctures and capillary blood draws on patients of all age groups.
- Verify patient identities and ensure accurate labeling of all blood specimens.
- Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques and sterilization protocols.
- Comfort and calm patients before and during the blood collection process.
- Log patient data and test results accurately into laboratory information systems.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of phlebotomy supplies.

Qualifications

- No prior phlebotomy experience is necessary; we train the right candidates.
