Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor health changes
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship
- Transport clients to appointments and social outings
- Maintain detailed care logs and communicate with family members
- Support light housekeeping tasks to maintain safe living environments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Experience with seniors or individuals with mobility challenges
- High school diploma or equivalent
