Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide medication reminders and assist with daily health management.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Transport clients to medical appointments, social events, or shopping trips.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's physical or emotional condition.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide, CNA, PCA, or Direct Care Provider is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for helping seniors and individuals with disabilities.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as needed.
