Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation using proper techniques
- Administer medications as prescribed and per state regulations
- Support activities of daily living with empathy and patience
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team
Qualifications
- Current Ohio CNA license in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of recent CNA experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality

- Flexibility with evening/weekend shifts
