Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient health status accurately.
- Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques to ensure safety.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Prepare and maintain patient rooms and equipment.
- Document daily care activities and changes in patient condition.
Qualifications
- Current state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
