- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws with precision and minimal discomfort
- Process, label, and transport specimens according to lab protocols
- Verify patient identity and prepare equipment for procedures

Qualifications
- Current Texas Phlebotomy Technician certification (CPT or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Excellent venipuncture skills with pediatric and geriatric populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic knowledge of HIPAA and infection control
