Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse units including ER, ICU, and oncology
- Administer medications and treatments with precise attention to protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient assessments and progress using our advanced EHR system
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and HIPAA regulations
- Provide patient education on health conditions and discharge planning
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nevada with no disciplinary actions
- Minimum 1 year acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency in Epic EHR system preferred
- Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
