Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care and comprehensive health assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with hospital protocols and physician orders.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Document patient health information accurately and timely in the EMR system.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changing clinical conditions or emergencies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred (New graduates encouraged to apply).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on patient advocacy.
- Ability to work independently and function effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and high-volume environments.
